Delivery only against prepayment!

In the moment we can only deliver our fish in Germany! But we try to organize delivery in other countries also as soon as possibly.

Deliveries of the ordered fish are from Monday to Thursday, but not before and on holidays.

We send our animals monthly at fixed dates, so that you and we can plan better:

This means that on all of these dates fish go on the trip, which had been ordered until then and for which the payments were on our account no later than 2 days before the delivery date. If the specified date do not fit, so please contact us by e-mail so that we can find another date.

The animals are packed into styrofoam boxes, designed specifically for the shipment of fish. In winter, we also use heat packs to avoid a cooling.

During the cold season, please note the following:

Please after recieving of the fish put the closed bags for safty reasons minimum 2 hours on the water surface, so that the temperature can be adjusted.

We send our fish only with TNT or the GO! Courier service.

We guarantee for live arrival of the fish. We disclaim any subsequent reclamations, any fish are generally non-returnable. By damages in transit please act as follows:

With damaged packaging please accept the delivery, but note the damage immediately on the delivery note in presence of the deliverer.
Please notify us the damage immediately by e-mail

Only dead animals can be replaced, the cargo is at buyers? expense.
As proof please take pictures of the dead fish in his delivery bag and send this image immediately to us with your reclamation mail. Subsequent reclamations will be unacknowledged.
